LGBTQ+ Initiatives has multiple opportunities to get involved. If you’re interested in supporting a specific program, develop your own program or simply want to create resources, this is the place to be! Additionally, you gain valuable skills that you can utilize in your future careers. Learning that takes place as a volunteer includes but is not limited to:

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with:
• Event Planning Volunteer (current programs/events: Transgender Day of Remembrance, Fabulosity Drag Show, Building Community Awards; or create your own)
• Website Support Volunteer
• Marketing Volunteer
• Resources Database Volunteer (Queer, Trans*, Asexual, Intersex, QTPOC)
• Financial Aid & Scholarship Database Volunteer
• Conferences Database Volunteer (Queer, Trans*, Asexual, Intersex, QTPOC, Activism, Educational, Research)
